Panicking About a New Ache or Pain?

Do you jump into panic mode with any new ache or pain?

This is an example of catastrophizing and is super common.

I find I’ve been doing it a lot lately.

As I get a bit older (I’m a woman in my 50s now) I feel like I’m getting more anxious about my health, and sometimes for no reason!

I never used to be this way.

I never used to worry about my health at all.

I’m thinking this must be a menopause thing!

Apparently hormonal changes in menopause can make you more anxious in general.

I'm sharing about what this is, tips to help with this as well as how yoga fits in.
