With Me As Your Accountability Coach You Get

Eight (8) weeks of Accountability Coaching - one session per week (60 minutes each) to help you laser focus on your wellness goal, develop new healthy habits and make huge progress!

An Action Plan tailored to your needs - based on your 8 week wellness goal and what feels right for you, together we’ll develop an Action Plan for you with small sustainable steps

Proven and practical strategies, methods and tips - Strategies and methods grounded in research, along with worksheets to help you create new healthy habits

Weekly accountability “check-ins” - For the next 7 weeks we meet on a weekly basis to address any sticking points or issues you’re running into. Before the session ends we will always identify what your focus and action items are for the following week. You never have to guess again! You’ll share your obstacles and wins and get all your questions answered

Progress Tracker - for us to track your ongoing weekly progress

In between sessions access: You also have access to me between our weekly sessions through WhatsApp and email to ensure that you can share wins and challenges anytime you need to

My Connections and Resources: When you work with a coach at a customized level you also get access to more than just their time. I’ll share my years of experience, resources and connections to help you make huge progress on your goal!
