Yoga for Joint Pain Course
This is my signature 4 week course for joint and arthritis pain. Each video focuses on a different part of the body to help you relieve your joint pain.
You can do each video for one each week or you can pick and choose which one you want to do depending on how you’re feeling.
I suggest you do each video a few times as the more you move the better you’ll feel.
Always move mindfully and if it hurts don’t do it, back off or just rest. I’m referring mainly to osteoarthritis in this course.
These classes are pre-recorded videos for you to watch anytime you like and as many times as you like!

Remember to check with your doctor to make sure that yoga is right for you.
