Why Core Strength Matters

Do you have lower back pain? Hip pain? Knee pain?

I’ve had all 3!

Joint pain is extremely common among women over 40 and often can get worse as we get older.

Joint pain is sometimes a signal that our core muscles are weak.

Although a weak core is not always the only cause of joint pain, often strengthening our core will help to support our lower back, and so relieve and or prevent lower back pain, hip pain and knee pain.

If you’re a woman over 40 and looking for a gentle way to strengthen your core, yoga is a great way to strengthen your core muscles including your back.

Here’s more about why our core strength matters.

I’m also sharing an easy yoga exercise to help strengthen your core.
