It’s therefore super important to incorporate strength training exercises like weight training or yoga for strength into your exercise routine to build muscle around the joints, improving stability, lessening pain and reducing the risk of injury.

Ignoring Stretching: Lastly, many women overlook the importance of stretching in joint pain management.

Stretching helps maintain flexibility, preventing muscles and tendons from becoming tight and exacerbating joint discomfort.

By avoiding these three mistakes, you can relieve or reduce your joint pain, improving your quality of life and overall well-being so you can keep on doing all the things you love to do!
