The 10 Best Yoga Poses For Joint Pain

Tired of your annoying joint aches and pains?

Did you know that you can get relief, and in many cases, your joint pains can completely go away?

The key is to gently strengthen and stretch the muscles supporting your achy joints! Studies show that this works!

I've personally experienced how much less joint pain I have when the muscles supporting the joints are stronger.

More and more doctors are recommending yoga as a way to support the healing process and optimal health.

Not only has Yoga been proven to help with help with joint pain, especially back pain, but Yoga has been proven to help with posture, flexibility, balance, stress reduction, mood, sleep, and more.

This week I'm sharing a new video, "The 10 Best Yoga Poses For Joint Pain".

It's a short, 15-minute yoga sequence gently stretching and strengthening the body's major joints.

Of course, if you have knee pain, you want to strengthen and stretch the muscles supporting the knees.

But the whole body is connected!

Often knee pain can be a result of something going on in the feet or back, or some seemingly unrelated part of the body.

That's why it's a good idea to keep the whole body strong and flexible.

Do this sequence a few times a week (aim for 3 times) and let me know if you feel a difference in your body. I think you will. 🙂
