Feeling Stressed? Here's My 10 Minute Gentle Yoga & Meditation Practice For You

I think we're all a bit more stressed than usual. 

So today, I'm sharing with you my 10 minute gentle yoga and meditation practice for you to practice along with me. 

Many people come to yoga because of yoga's ability to release tension from the body and release stress and anxiety. Research studies confirm that persons who practice yoga and meditation regularly are better able to manage their stress and anxiety.

The practice below is a short yoga sequence including some deep breathing (pranayama) to calm the mind, release stored tension, relax the body and invite you into the present moment.
