Unmotivated to Exercise? Here Are 3 tips to Help Motivate You to Get Moving!

I have a confession to make. 

I'm not terribly disciplined. I struggle with keeping myself motivated to exercise and do all the things that I know i'm supposed to do.

Sometimes I really am quite lazy.

 If you struggle with this too, I’m sharing with you a super simple three-step process to help you with accountability.

It’s super simple:

1.    set a specific goal

2.    tell somebody about your goal

3.    get somebody to do it with you 

Let's look a little bit deeper into these three steps.

 Did you know that a study found that people who tell another person about their goal had a 65% chance of achieving their goal and had a 95% chance of achieving that same goal if they committed to meeting up with another person to do it.
