Are you a women over 40 struggling with back pain? The good news is that yoga can help, a lot!

So many women over 40 suffer from back pain!

Back pain can be caused by many things including injuries and arthritis, but often our back pain is a result of our lifestyle, meaning mainly our posture!

Remember when your mom told you to stand up straight and not slouch? Well, there was a good reason for that.

Our posture can cause various issues with our spines, neck and shoulders.

In general, we want to be sitting/standing up nice and tall, with our core engaged (belly button pulled into our spines) imagining someone pulling us up from the crown of our heads.

In this video Iā€™m sharing some simple, easy yoga poses and stretches that can help women over 40 manage, and yes, relieve or prevent back pain.
