Looking For Accountability?

One of my Bloomers today was bemoaning that she had no time for herself!

Another Bloomer shared with me this week that she was super challenged at being consistent with her exercise and yoga practice, and now she was having really terrible back pains!

I myself thought I’d be able to do strength training on my own, but guess what? No can do!

Yes, I tried. I thought I would. I did it like one time.

But that was it!

I just didn’t like strength training enough to do it on my own.

So I had to get a trainer to make me show up and do it (and I only do strength training once a week!). But I obviously have like zero discipline when it comes to strength training!

But want to know some good news? 😊

All of these situations (my two Bloomers and myself) are helped so much by having someone to be accountable to, someone that’s there to ask (with lots of loving kindness of course) - are you showing up for yourself this week?

In my yoga and wellness membership, Bloom, so many people ask me for help with accountability.

They recognize that they need help to do what they want to do. They just need a little support and accountability to do it.

When I help them with accountability, they make so much progress, much more than they would have on their own!

So I’m excited to share that starting the first week of July, I’m bringing together a small group of people who want accountability to help them to achieve a wellness goal.

This will be a small group of people who are committed to achieving their wellness goal(s), and who are supporting each other towards being happier, healthier and pain-free!

The group will meet twice a month on Zoom for 3 months, and be a place where each person in the group would get focused attention and support.

It will be a place group members can get help, encouragement, inspiration, motivation, accountability, coaching, suggestions, and answers to questions.

And we will celebrate with you when you achieve your goals!!!

Group members will experience real progress - more progress than ever before!

In this environment, people are going to feel heard, supported, guided and experience real progress, much more than they would by doing it all by themselves!
