As women get older, many of us suffer from chronic knee pain!
I’ve had knee pain on and off for much of my life probably a result of too much running, sitting and wearing high heels!
As a yoga teacher, I know that keeping the muscles surrounding our knees as strong and flexible as possible will help to keep them pain free.
Keeping our cores strong is also important to keep the pressure off the knees, as is maintaining a healthy weight.
Here’s a short yoga sequence to help you keep your legs and core strong.
Remember to try and do this sequence a few times a week.
